A consultancy for
Organisations that put people first

AI doesn't transformbusinesses.People do.

AI is rewriting how organisations work, but the ones that thrive won't be those with the best tools – they'll be those whose people know how to use and integrate them well. We help teams navigate change with clarity and confidence, scaling AI fluency from solo wins into team impact.

Philosophy

We take a humans first approach to help organisations connect AI, work and experience in better ways - together.

We work with organisations driven to unlock the potential of people, both their own and those they serve, by building AI fluency within teams.

We're a collective of strategists, designers, coaches, product leads and AI specialists. We've spent careers solving messy, human problems inside organisations, shaping customer-oriented experiences and building our own relationship-based businesses.

In today's world of accelerating technologies, how teams respond, adapt and work together is more important than ever. We think the best opportunity for teams begins with the question, 'What important work are you not getting to?' That's why our approach to AI fluency and scaling is designed for teams in the loop.

What we hear

From senior leaders to people in the field, we hear common themes.

01

We don't know where to start and can't tell hype from value. We don't know who to trust to help us get started.

Most organisations are drowning in noise. What's missing isn't more information, it's a clear-eyed guide who can separate what matters from what's being sold.

02

We introduced a tool, everyone was enthusiastic at first but nothing really changed. I'm not convinced people know how to get the best out of it.

Technology without adoption is just spend. Real change happens when people understand the why, not just the what.

03

Our team are anxious. They're worrying about being replaced when we want them to be open and feel equipped.

Anxiety is a signal, not a blocker. But it needs to be addressed directly, through honesty, inclusion, and tools that make people better at what they already do well.

04

Some are using it, some aren't. We can't see how to scale it with teams so most things stay trapped with one person.

Individual pockets of capability don't add up to organisational change. Without shared language, shared practices, and shared confidence, progress stays personal.

How we work

Three ways to start, prove, and scale.

A practical team workshop designed to build AI fluency where it matters most: in the work itself. We help teams build confidence, identify meaningful opportunities, and develop practical ways of working with AI.

A focused pilot. We pick one workflow, embed experts in your team, and co-design through hands-on workshops — shipping a working solution you can measure. No theatre, no theory.

An opportunity to consider how we might expand the value to reach all corners of your business.

The collective

Senior by default.Cross-functional by design.
